14 days return policy, No Questions asked

Customer satisfaction is our prime concern. We want you to be totally satisfied when making a purchase with Medicalsupply123.com. If you, our valued customer, find that you need to return/ exchange am item you purchased with us for whatever reason, please make sure to contact us to within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. If you are returning an item that is defective or that was shipped to you in error by Medicalsupply123.com, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will reimburse you for any delivery costs including the initial cost and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any return outside of the two above mentioned categories, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your purchase has to be serviced or returned.

Returned products requirements

All returned Items must be returned in a new, unused and in re-sellable condition, and wrapped in the original packaging it arrived in. Please note that return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Kindly make note that if you return an item that has free shipping, our return shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be thoroughly inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may at times be waived if an exchange is taking place for another item of same or greater value.

Prior to returning any product, you must obtain prior authorization. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without prior authorization. Please have the following information on hand when calling for prior authorization, customer name, order number and the nature of the problem with the item you are looking to return. To obtain prior authorization and proper return instructions, please contact info@medicalsupply123.com Customer Service @845-751-1522 Monday through Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm E.S.T. and Fridays 9:00am-1:00pm E.S.T.

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received.

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging return shipment to @Medicalsupply123.com. You may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice at your own schedule and expense within the 30 day allotment.

These policies are the sole return policies of Medicalsupply123.com, and are subject to change at any given time.

Regarding all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements Medicalsupply123.com is not liable for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice.

When prior authorization is given for a return of a product that is not defective, in exchange for credit or a product exchange, we Medicalsupply123.com reserve the right to charge you a 15% restocking fee.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

At Medicalsupply123.com, we reserve the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued at the discretion of Medicalsupply123.com.
